Federal Executive Leader

A seasoned government professional, Jaime is a former senior leader in federal law enforcement, intelligence and a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He has 29 years of experience focused on border security, threat management and risk mitigation. He has served in high-level positions within The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) including leadership roles within Homeland Security Investigations, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement Removal Operations, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the United States Border Patrol.

He was called upon to launch two national level programs for DHS and CBP in Counter Network Operations targeting illicit finances and human smuggling supply chain. As a senior leader in Intelligence and Analysis, Jaime developed and oversaw threat assessments, risk management evaluations and violence prevention across various government offices and U.S. interests in other Countries.

Jaime has forged strong coalitions across both public and private sectors. As a strategic leader, he has accomplished long-term objectives, innovative policies and business functions with technologies and human capital investments resulting in effective and efficient business management.
